Mrs. Deubel
In writing, we are writing Scientific All About books. The students will research their favorite topics and activities to write a book that can teach another person about their chosen topic.
In math, we will continue to explore geometry (solid & plane shapes, halves, fourths, equal parts, & symmetry), time, grouping objects with addition & subtraction, numbers 30 and beyond, and place value.
In reading, we will learn that readers have lots of strategies to figure out words and be eager to take on new challenges.
We have so much happening on our journey to first grade! It's Kindergarten-tastic!
